Buying a house or a car

Men choose life style differently depend on their desire. They also get influence from their family and neighbor. Some prefer to buy a house when they have enough money. By the way, others want to buy a car firstly.

Shelter is an important place that human being need. This is the reason that you should buy a house before other things. You can go out until mid-night, and come back freely into your own house. There are any one complains that you come late and disturb them. You are not worry about this problem and just enjoy your time happily. On the other hand, you are difficult to do like that when you stay a rental house. The owner would limit the time for you for going out at night. If you are late at night, you will get complaining from the owner. Your freedoms are not widely, and you need to come early to avoid this trouble. Move to another point, you can decorate your house own depend on your favorite. You are also not worry about wasting money because it is your house. You will live in it for a long time before leaving to other place.

Moreover, you can cut down your spending when you own a house. You do not need to pay for rental fee anymore. If you rent a house or a room, you need to pay monthly fee for the owner every month. You just only spend on electric and water with low price. When you stay in rental house, you need spend all of them with high price plus with rental fee.  Owning a house, you can save some amount of money to use for other purposes. You can improve living condition to be better than the previous time. You should make up a good judgment before deciding to do something. Buying a house is a good choice that you should choose.

On the other hand, civilization is also important point for you to live longer. When you own a car, you are glad to face with friends or neighbor. It also gives you a comfortable life too. You can drive it under the sun sign that is very hot freely. Sometime, there is a rain accidently; you are also not worry. You can stay happily in your car without getting wet like other people. You also have honor when you go to join party or wedding ceremony.

For me, buying a house is better than buying a car. We should not be materialism because it just wastes our money. It is true that we own a car; our lives are up to date. But, we should thing carefully before doing something to avoid regretful that can not come back on time.
