Vegetarian food

          Healthy food is good for people’s health. People should eat vegetable as much as possible as the advice from the doctor. They should not eat meat too much as it is not good for their health. Vegetable does not make you fat, and it really help you to be healthier. There are a lot of vitamins in the vegetable. Vegetarian food is not bad, but it is also delicious. It becomes popular from day to day as it is well for health. Think about your health, you should change your habit from eating meat too much to eat vegetable. To be healthy, you should eat healthy food.
