Sleeping

            Sleeping is a very important thing for people beside eating and other material. It helps to reduce stress and tiredness after work and study. It also improves your intelligent as well. Moreover, when you sleep well your feeling is fresh too. You have nice face and good body too. You are away from headache and other disease too. On the other hand, you will meet many problems if you do not sleep or not enough time. You will become older than your age, and your thinking is not good too. There will be black under your two eyes. Your health would be very weak. One more thing, your hairs also drop down frequently too. It will cause you become bold if this situation still continue. Therefore, you should sleep enough time to maintain your health.
