Solidarity brings success to men when they do the work. The power of group makes the task into small, and it is easy to cover all problems. We can get knowledge from member in the team to complete the job. There are some good points for team work such as helping together, sharing ideas and controlling the work.

You would meet some problem in your work that you can not avoid all the time. When you work in the team, you can get help from your member in the group. You are not perfect, so you do not have ability to do all kind of job. If you meet trouble and you work alone, you are really difficult to solve it. But you just pick the best ones that fit to your situation for this time.

Lastly, you certainly control the task when you work in the team. You can not hold your all things alone one time. You really some people to support you complete them. You will balance the job and the responsibility when you have team work. You may not know all function in your work. This is the reason that you need help from the other. One more thing, although you are smart and strong, but you will not do the thing that is post to your ability. When you meet this situation, you really can not complete your work successfully. If you work in the team, you will have ability to control your task and can control it easily.

  In short, team work provides you good advantages such as getting help, sharing ideas and controlling your task from your colleagues. You can not do all things by yourself alone. You really need some men to support you. You will also improve yourself through work in the team.
