Generally, people want to earn money as much as possible to support their living. To get their ambition, they need to find a good job. Big company offers high wage for staff. There are some advantages for working in a big company such as getting much salary, promoting opportunity and training.

Firstly, big company gives high salary for staff. The reason is that it has much capital for investing. In order to run the business smoothly, it has to pay much for employee that work in the company. When they get enough money to support their lives, they are happy to work and try all their best to complete their task successfully. They do not worry about their food, so they just focus on working. They think critically before doing something. Therefore, the result of the work is also better too. The company has ability to provide much wage to its staff because it also has much income too. The amount of money for its staff is not a matter. Employee who work in a big company can get much money depends on their education and experience because company also gets much benefit from their performance too.

 Secondly, working in a big company has chance to be promoted. It is the policy of the company that provides main duty to whom who has real ability. The person who works hard in his job also gets opportunity to get high position too. Most companies evaluate the performance of the employee yearly. Employee who completes achievement for the company significantly; he has good chance to be promoted. Company gives honors to staff who participate actively to improve the company to get reach the goal that set from the leader.

Finally, a big company normally makes up many training courses for its staff. This is a way to develop skill and knowledge for employee. They can get new experience from the trainers who have long history of working. Their ability can improve quickly through the course. They can join the training course for free because the company takes charge for spending. Therefore, working in a big company is progressive process that is useful for the employee.

It is a correct decision to work in a big company because it offers many good points for employee. They are not only get high salary and promoting chance, but there are also many available training courses for them. So, we should work in a big company to get those things.
